In the ten one hour class sessions of Sheng Zhen Qigong (The Qigong of Unconditional Love), you will learn two seated, moving forms. Some standing movements will be interspersed so the body can remain flexible and relaxed. The class will end with a 15 minute meditation.

The clinic is facilitated by Karen Hansen, Licensed Acupuncturist, and is conducted in a group setting using auriculotherapy. Fees are donation based.
